Maps with some faint, occasional foxing, a couple of the maps with a couple of tiny tears and creases along the edges. Volume III of Schoeller's account of his travels to East Africa and Uganda, containing a total of sixteen folding maps. Volumes I and II (which are missing here) contain the text.

N.p. 1935. 40x31 cm. 7 leaves text and 49 plates with mounted original photographs. Original hardcover, minor wear to extremeties. Overall very good. An album put together by Hervieu in only 6 copies. The photographs are of her work, except 3 which are portraits of herself in different ages. The text seem to be written by hand by Hervieu and not printed. This copy is no. 5 of 6 issued.

Två volymer i samtida röda halvfranska band med rik ryggförgyllning, stänkta snitt. Lite enstaka lagerfläckar marginellt på planscherma, men huvudsakligen ett rent exemplar. Insidan av främre pärm med spår efter borttaget exlibris, det lösa försättsbladet med gammal namnteckning. Ett fin uppsättning.

Kustannus Pohjoinen 1995. 41x30 cm. 87 pp. Mainly illustrations. Publisher's half cloth with inlaid enamel disc on front board, dust-jacket with 1x1 cm tear at lower edge on back cover. Very good condition. Cult photographic work documenting people in North Karelia. A modern classic. Very rare. (Martin Parr, The photobooks, vol 2, page 78/79). Signed by the photographer.

Spines and covers slightly worn, occasional light foxing, plates a bit more, some pencil annotations in the text but overall a very good set. With the book-plate of Peter Randall Johnson.

London, printed and published for the author, by Bradbury and Evans, 90, Fleet Street, and Whitefriars, 1846 First edition, second printing. (8), 174, (2) pp. + 1 engraved frontispiece and 1 engraved title-leaf. Illustrated. Publisher's decorated and blindstamped red cloth with gilt edges. Boards with some faint, trifle soiling. Spine just slightly slanted, spine ends and corners just slightly bumped, the cloth of the front joint with ca 2 cm tear, binding still firm. A couple of pages with some slight foxing, interior else fine. With the advertisement at the rear announcing a "New edition of Oliver Twist", followed by three lines in italics. Supposedly the second printing of the first edition of Dickens' third Christmas book. A well-kept copy of what supposedly is the second printing of Dickens' third Christmas book.

Contemporary half calf, spines gilt, blue edges (bound by Höberg, Norrköping, with his label). A very attractive set, inside clean and fine. With the book-plate from Säfstaholms bibliothek and with Gustaf Trolle-Bonde's gilt monogram on spines.

Samtida halvfranska band med ryggförgyllning. Ett blad förstärkt i inre marginal med förlust av några initiala bokstäver, ett blad med lagning, några enstaka fläckar i texten. Huvudsakligen ändå ett rent och fint exemplar. En äldre namnteckning, två exlibris i första volymen. Första upplagan av Berggrens berättelse om sina resor i Syrien, Egypten och Palestina åren 1820-23, som senare översattes till flera språk. Det botaniska bihanget till vol. 2 (70 s.) är författat av Göran Wahlenberg.

With the signature of Swedish film director, critic and professor Gösta Werner on first free end-paper. Richly illustratded in black and white + four pages of colour illustrations of "Authentic costumes of mysterious Tibet, re-created for the Shangri-La sequences in "Lost Horizon" by Dan Grossbeck, famous illustrator.""

Stockholm, Kerberos 1964. 46,5 x 35 cm. 4 lösa blad på tjockt papper. Lösa blad i tryckt konvolut (som den kom ut). Konvolutet aningen solkigt, främre omslag med liten lagad reva, en plansch lite stukad. På Venedigbiennalen 1966 visade Fahlström en installationsliknade tredimensionell "spelmålning": "Dr. Schweitzers sista uppdrag". Ovanstående trycksak består av fyra olika kartor med påtryckt text som utgör anteckningar till den tidigare nämnda "spelmålningen".

Thames & Hudson 2017. Special edition. 30,5x23,5 cm. 272 pp. Mainly illustrations. Publisher's cloth, image on metal mounted on upper cover, in orginal cloth slip-case. Slip-case slightly soiled, otherwise fine, still in its cardboard box. This special edition has been created to mark the occasion of Ronnie's 70th birthday and is limited to 500 copies worldwide. Signed by Ronnie Wood.

London, John Murray 1815 Second edition, revised and corrected. 4:o. XX, 373 pp. + 1 large folding engraved map. A few text-figures. Later cloth, spine faded, title foxed, first leaf (half-title?) is missing from this copy, a few neat underlines in the text. First edition was published in the same year.

Colocne, Robert le Turc 1710 (10), 213, (3) pp. Contemporary mottled calf, spine gilt, red edges, marbled end-papers. Head and foot of spine worn, one leaf with damaged margin but overall a very good copy. Unfortunately the frontispiece is missing from this copy, maybe also a half-title leaf? Collection of 21 satirical stories, mostly concerning money and women. There are differences to the title-page of the editions from 1710 (se picture of this copy).

Paris, chez Lamy, Libraire 1784 4:o. (4), 35 pp. + 7 engraved double-page plates. Contemporary full calf, some wear, small damage at foot of spine, front hinge slightly weak, a few stains internally but overall a very good copy.

Översättning av Carl Adam Blidenberg efter Brockhaus' 5:e upplaga av "Allgemeine Deutsche Real-Encyclopädie. . ." 1-10, Leipzig 1819-1820. Ovanlig, speciellt med supplementet. Vårt första "conversationslexikon".

Edges of boards slightly rubbbed, esle a well-kept set. Issue number 3 of Le Petit Écrasons with inscription from editor José Pierre to Ragnar [von Holten?]. Complete set of La Bréche, a surrealist journal edited by Breton and published in eight issues between October 1961 and November 1965. Bound together with La Bréche are also issues 2 to 4 of Le Petit Écrasons, a surrealist journal edited by José Pierre published in five issues between 1963 and 1965.

N.p. [c. 1920] 54,5x44,5 cm (etchings in various sizes). Title-leaf + 8 original etchings, in passepartout, signed by the artist and numbered 26 (of 53). Loose as issued in original portfolio with title-label on upper cover. The portfolio is damaged and covers are detached. The etchings are in very good condition. Views from Venice. Oskar Graf (1873-1958) was a German art nouveau painter and printmaker who worked in Munich. Publihed in a limited edition of 53 copies, this is no. 26.
