Printed blue wrappers, uncut and unopened, an extraordinarily fine copy despite minor foxing of top edge. Scarce first edition of this early work by Behrendt, his inaugural dissertation devoted to "The uniform block front as a spatial element in town building". Behrendt joined the Deutsche Werkbund in 1919 and was a prolific spokesman for modernism in architecture; from 1927 to 1933 he was responsible for the supervision of all public construction projects in Prussia. In 1934 he was helped by Lewis Mumford to emigrate to the USA, where he served as Professor of Townbuilding and Housing at the University of Buffalo from 1937 to 1941.

Bidlake whose name was adopted by Dietmann as a pseudonym, etc. Kept in a cardboard box covered with a printed label, sealed with a brass clip; stamped and mailed to another Swedish artist. The box with some traces of handling, contents very fine. Fluxus-type box dispatched as invitation to an exhibition held by Erik Dietmann in Stockholm in May, 1967.

Manuskript daterat 1911. 39x24. 56 blad av fint papper (omfattande 37 blad med prydligt handskriven text i bläck, 16 blad med 20 inklistrade fotografier, ett blad med inklistrade plan- och perspektivritningar, samt två blanka blad) + 12 blad av halvgenomskinligt papper, med tio planritningar och två sektioner. Tolv ytterligare, små planritningar och teckningar på textbladen. Hålslagna och sammanfästade med mässingsklamrar i gröna kartongomslag. Malte Erichs utexaminerades från Kungliga Tekniska Högskolans Arkitekturavdelning 1911. Uppsatsen är signerad "Malte Erichs A4" och uppenbarligen ett examensarbete från hans sista år på skolan. Fotografierna är hämtade ur Nordiska Museets samlingar, och bland de källorna anges föreläsningar av Axel Nilsson, som undervisade på KTH från 1908 till 1912.

Johansson i bläck och blyerts på kalkerpapper: en plan for en allmän park i Storängens villastad, och en trädgårdsplan för Nils Lilienbergs villa i Storängen (Lilienberg var en av initiativtagarna till Tjänstemännens Egnahemsförening som 1904 hade grundat Storängens villastad). "Nära stationen köpte föreningen fem tomter som gjordes till park, något ganska ovanligt i ett villasamhälle med så stora tomter." Stavenow-Hidemark, Villabebyggelse i Sverige 1900-1925: 274).
