UTGIVET AV MODERNA MUSEET, STOCKHOLM 100" , and is designed for mailing with place for postage stamp and address. One of the original colour paintings made for visitors to the Moderna Museet (Museum of Modern Art) in Stockholm by one of Tinguely's Meta-Matic automatons that produced works stylistically in step with Tachist works.

På förtitelbladet en tryckt upplysning att "Detta exemplar är utgivet för Föreningen för Bokhantvek". Översättning av Ebba Atterbom och Anna Mohr Branzell, från den italienska första upplagan (1580). Illustrationerna hämtades från 1768 års upplaga som utgavs i Venedig med de ursprungliga träsnitten ersatta med koppargravyrer som gjorde bättre rättvisa åt Palladios ritningar.

Stockholm, Lars Salvius 1755. 20x12. 20 s. inklusive titelblad med gravyr. Senare blågrå pappersomslag. Arkitekten, uppfinnaren och greven Carl Johan Cronstedt (1709-1779) hade varit lärjunge hos Christopher Polhem på Stjärnsund; och studerade byggnadskonst och ritning under Carl Hårleman. 1743 blev han Hårlemans efterträdare på posten som Överintendent.

Presentation copy with enclosed Victoria and Albert Museum Keeper of Furniture and Woodwork stationery inscribed by Peter (Thornton) to Elisabet and Ove Hidemark. When researching English country houses, Peter Reid found that no official records had been made of those that had been lost. He rediscovered vast numbers of forgotten houses by tracking down descendants of families who had once lived in them and copying photographs from their family albums. Reid's pioneering researches helped to lay the foundation of the exhibition "The Destruction of the Country House" arranged at the Victoria & Albert Museum in 1974, which effectively kick-started the "Heritage movement". Includes studies by John Harris, Marcus Binney, Peter Thornton, Roger Ellis, Nicholas Boulting, and others, as well as testimonies from seven owners of country houses sharing their experiences, and a list compiled by Peter Reid of more than one thousand country houses destroyed in England, Scotland and Wales, classified by counties.

Fine contemporary half leather binding, top edge gilt, the other edges untrimmed; decorative wrappers and backstrip bound in; Palle Helmer Petersen's bookplate engraved by Sofia Gisberg. Occasional mild foxing, otherwise an excellent copy. No. 91 of an edition limited to 500 copies, printed on papier d'Auvergne au filigrane.

More than 350 reproductions (ca 90 full-page including five in colour) plus additional small-size reproductions in the catalogue, and eight photos. English-language edition of the monograph on Masereel first published in German in 1976, including the French-language bibliography and catalogue raisonné of the artist's illustrative work, revised by Pierre Vorms for the present monograph.

Komplett svit av första versionen av den svenska efterkrigstidens mest omfattande bygghandbok. Här kan man fortfarande hitta upplysningar som "Transport med hästkärror är lämplig vid transporter mellan 50 och 200 m ... Kuskarna bör deltaga i lastningen men äro ofta ej så tränade häri." De fyra volymerna omfattar 1: Allmänna grunder / 2: Allmän byggnadsteknik / 3: Husbyggnad / 4: Väg- och vattenbyggnad.

Handsomely produced catalogue of stately carriages (and ceremonial harnesses etc.) in the Kremlin State Armoury museum, with an introductory study on the history of carriage making in Russia and Western Europe in the 16th-18th centuries

Illustrated documentation of the creation, exhibition / public participation, reception, and subsequent destruction of "HON" (Swedish for She) in Stockholm 1966. The multicoloured giant woman (28 metres long) was created by Niki de Saint Phalle; between her legs was the entrance to an environment created by Jean Tinguely and Per Olov Ultvedt. HON was built and finally dismantled by the artists inside the largest exhibition hall in Moderna Museet.
