199 volumes [with no gaps!]. Henry Colburn (later by other changing publishers), London 1837-1910. Each volume around 600 pages. From 1837-1894 bound in contemporary half calf bindings with gilt stamps to the spine. From New Series, vol X [1894] bound in burgundy cloth with stamps to the spines. A couple of volumes with broken outer hinges (but spine still intact and present, some with rubbing and slight crackling of the leather. A some spinetops frayed. From volume II of the New Series there is a crowned anchor stamped to the top of the spine, stating that the set was in the Library of the Danish Fleet. No library stamps inside. Overall: Very good condition.
