Tolv ytterligare, små planritningar och teckningar på textbladen. Hålslagna och sammanfästade med mässingsklamrar i gröna kartongomslag. Malte Erichs utexaminerades från Kungliga Tekniska Högskolans Arkitekturavdelning 1911. Uppsatsen är signerad "Malte Erichs A4" och uppenbarligen ett examensarbete från hans sista år på skolan. Fotografierna är hämtade ur Nordiska Museets samlingar, och bland de källorna anges föreläsningar av Axel Nilsson, som undervisade på KTH från 1908 till 1912.

Stockholm 1905. 36x27. II+12 pp. text + 18 plates with six plans and twelve elevations/sections. Four elaborate perspective renderings in the text. Pictorial blue wrappers, a very fine copy. Östberg's contribution to the architectural competition for a Stockholm Law Court House to be built on the Eldkvarn lakeside site. Although awarded the first prize in 1905, his scheme was not realised. The Law Court building was erected on another site according to Carl Westman's second-prize entry, and the Eldkvarn site was reserved for a Town Hall which was executed to new designs by Östberg 1913-1923.
