Ett mycket bra exemplar fastän den gula kloten delvis är aningen mörknad och allra yttersta pärmhörnen aningen nötta; svaga veck i marginalen av titelbladen. Andra, reviderade upplagan. Första upplagan, med 24 planscher, utkom 1899. Den andra upplagan har utökats med en akvarell, och färgreproduktionerna är av bättre kvalitet än i första upplagan.

(Studien zum Kölner Dom, 4). Exhaustive, well-documented history and documentation of the vast and thoroughgoing completion undertaken 1816-1902 of the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom). Construction of the edifice began in 1248 but was halted unfinIshed in 1473. The cathedral completed, essentially to the original mediaeval plan, is the largest Gothic church in Northern Europe.
