Screentryckt affisch (70 x 100 cm) tryckt på obestruket papper.Form/Design Center är en utställnings- och försäljningslokal vid Lilla torg i Malmö som drivs av Svensk Forms regionalförening för Skåne. Form/Design Center invigdes i juni 1964 på Stadiongatan i Malmö. En av initiativtagarna var Annika Heijkenskjöld, som var chef för Form 1964-1989. 1974 flyttade Form till Hedmanska gården vid Lilla Torg. Genom åren har över 1000 utställningar producerats och visats inom lokalerna. Huvudman har varit från början Svenska Slöjdföreningens lokalavdelning för Skåne sedermera Föreningen Svensk Form.
