Linköping 1817-1829. Graverat titelblad, (18), 294, (2); (2), 295-646; (2), 324; (2), 325-614 s. + 9 utvikbara tabeller. Två samtida halvfranska band, aningen nötta ryggar, några blad med marginalskador, i ett par fall med förlust av några bokstäver. De första 10 bladen i vol. 2 maskstungna, inre falsarna svaga, gammal ägarstämpel på insidan av pärmarna. Ett registerband utgavs 1830. Medbundet finns även Willéns Register med tillägg och rättelser (1830), 24, (4); 29, (3), 12 s.

XII, 475; VIII, 519; VIII, 501, (65) pp. Elegant, green, somewhat later (ca 1830s) half leather bindings with marbled boards and egdes and lavishly gilt spines. Corners slightly bumped, boards just faintly rubbed, page 61 of volume 3 slightly creased. A beautiful set. Assorted articles on a great variety of subjects by the German theologist and zoologist. This is the second edition; the first edition was published in six parts between 1785 and 1788.

Berlin 1899 31x23 cm. VI, (1), 454 pp. + 11 folding plate. Richly illustrated in the text. Original half cloth, minor damage to foot of spine, number written on head of spine, a few old stamps inside but overall a very good copy.

Published for the author, London, 1823 Third edition. VII, (1), 284 pp. + 20 hand-coloured plates. Rebound in marbled boards with gilt spine label. Plates and interior with some occasional foxing, page 107 with triangular chip in the margin measuring ca 1,5 x 3 cm. A neatly rebound copy of this charmingly illustrated work.

One leaf with tear, one page with an old marginal ink annotation. A very good and clean copy. With William Manning's book-plate. Includes an introduction by J.L. de Lolme: "An Essay Containing a Few Strictureson the Union of Scotland with England; and on the Present Situation of Ireland. Being an Introduction to De Foe's History of the Union", 95 pp. with its own title-page.

London, 1774. The Fourth Edition. 1 engraved frontispiece, X, 158 pp. & 1 engraved plate. Clean and uncut in modern boards. Minimal worm hole in frontispiece. Complete title: "An Enquiry into the Nature, Order, and Government of Bees, Those Instructive and Useful Insects. With a New, Easy and Effectual Method to preserve them, not only in Colonies, but common Hives. A Secret unknown to past Ages, and now published for the Benefit of Mankind."

Berlin, G.J. Decker 1772. 4:o. XXIV, 464, (16) + 2 large engraved folding battle plans with fold-outs + 1 engraved plate. Contemporary boards, worn, spine partly damaged. Half-title is missing from this copy. Otherwise mainly a clean copy on thick paper.

Gyldendal 1960 34x26,5 cm. 57, (2) s. Med 11 originalraderingar av Lars Bo. Lösa ark i tryckt originalomslag, i kassett. Ett bra exemplar. Tryckt i 200 numrerade exemplar, signerade av konstnären, detta är nr. 11.

Leipzig, F.A. Brockhaus 1890. First edition. XII, 204 pp. + 1 folding map (mounted on cloth) at the rear. Contemporary, red half-leather binding with gilt spine and four raised bands. Corners bumped, edges of the boards slightly rubbed, fore-edge just slightly foxed. Paste-down endpaper with owner's book-plate, the last page just slightly foxed and with some trifle chipping to the edges, interior else fine. The folding map at the rear with some neat underlinings and some slight foxing as well as some foxing to the cloth.

New York, W.H. Wise & Co. 1895-1925. Publisher's boards, dust-jackets, one dust-jacket damaged otherwise a very good, near fine set.

München, Holbein Verlag 1920. 28 pp. + 102 mounted plates, some full-pages, other smaller with 3 or 4 on the same leaf. Loose as issued in publisher's printed cloth-backed portfolio. The portfolio is partly damaged inside but the text and plates are in very good condition. This copy has belonged to the Swedish art historian Gunnar Jungmarker with his book-plate and signatures.

Coloniae, J.A. Kinck 1657-1665. (2), 6, 11-20, (2), 208, (52): (16), 304 pp. + 21 portraits on 19 plates. Contemporary vellum, slightly stained, otherwise very good. This work seems to need a third part which is not present here, the second volume here seems to be in a slightly later edition. Eventhough the mispagination in the beginning it seems complete there.

Geneve, chez Barthelemi Chirol 1777 (2), 405, (3) pp. + 6 folding engraved plates. Uncut copy with contemporary grey wrappers, slightly worn, old stamp on title-page, 5 plates with light waterstain, otherwise a very good copy.

Stockholm 1874. (4), 156, (2); (4), 157-330 s. Två oskurna häften bundna i två moderna mycket enkla vinröda amatörhalvklotband med påfågelsmarmorerat pärmpapper. Utan ryggtitlar. Samtliga omslag, något naggade, är medbundna. Båda omslagen till del två med smärre lagningar, samt C. A. Manderströms namnteckning på främre. Bakre omslaget till del ett med en större lagning, på främre omslaget med dedikation från Klemming till Paul Riant: "Mn le Comte Riant / Très humblement, / GE Klemming". Medföljer gör även ett lös bifogat linjerat blad med noteringar i anslutning till katalogen, bestående av siffor och enstaka kommentarer på franska, troligen av Riant själv. Almquist 4650. Ludvig Manderström (1806-1873) var bl.a. utrikesstatsminister och ledamot av Vitterhetsakademien, Vetenskapsakademien och Svenska Akademien. Han intog en ledande ställning bland tidens svenska diplomater och ägnade sig med intresse åt historisk och litterär forskning. Manderströms boksamling var en av samtidens största i Sverige. Katalogen redigerades av Klemming. Klemming och Riant hade både vänskapliga och yrkesmässiga kontakter, brevväxlade och hade rika bytestransaktioner, sedan Riant var en hängiven samlare av skandinaviska tryck.

Omslaget lite naggat i kanterna, liten pappersförlust upptill mot ryggen, men huvudsakligen ett mycket bra exemplar. Debutboken. (Metamorfos lyrikserie, 2). Tryckt i 100 numrerade exemplar, detta är nr. 30. Detta exemplar är inte signerat av författaren trots att det står tryckt att det skall vara det.

À Stockholm, de l'imprimerie royale, 1785 21,5 x 19 cm. 44 s. Häftad i senare (ca 1880-tal)? Marmorerade pappomslag. Främre och bakre omslagen med vertikalt veck. Titelbladet med lagning i inre marginalen, inlagan i övrigt med några lagade naggar och revor, några sidor med förstärkta innermarginaler. Ett par sidor med några smärre markeringar i bläck, sidorna 1-8 respektive 38-43 med fuktfläck i övre marginalen. Programhäfte från det av Gustav III:s arrangerade tornerspelet, vilket ägde rum på Drottningholm i anslutning till bröllopet mellan Gustaf Mauritz Armfelt och Hedvig de la Gardie i augusti 1785.

Something else Press [1968] (176) pp. Profusely illustrated. Publisher's cloth, dust-jacket with a small mended tear, otherwise a near fine copy. ''Changes, a look into the working notebooks of Merce Cunningham, is the most comprehensive book on choreography to emerge from the new dance. Cunningham's reflections on his art engage the reader in an awareness of both his own sensibility and the potential of the medium. Its pages are reproductions of the in-progress notes for the individual dances - to indicate the method - superimposed with speculation - to define the problem - and complemented with visual and other material relevant to the performing arts.'' (from dust-jacket) To this copy is loosely added a small card written by hand and signed Merce Cunningham, also added is part of the envelope, wiht adress and sender, in which the book was sent to Sweden.
