Joints partly a bit worn and very slightly weak, more on vol. 4, top of spine of vol. 3 slaightly damaged. Title-pages with old oval stamp and sort-out stamp, no other signs. Still overall a very good and attractive set.

Uppsala & Stockholm 1857-1910. 31x25 cm. (4), 142; (6), 617, (4), 36, (4), 78; (2), 154, (8), 77 s. + 54 litograferade planscher + 1utvikbar karta. Fem oskurna häften med tryckta omslag. Inlagan delvis lagerfläckad, enstaka blad kraftigare. Huvudsakligen en fin uppsättning. Den första svenska jordenrunt-seglatsen, under begäl av C.A. Virgin. Man besökte bl.a. Galapagos, California, Hawaii, Tahiti och Australien. I denna skrift publicerades de vetenskapliga iaktagelserna inom botanik, zoologi och fysik.

One preliminary leaf seems to be missing, we have only 10 pp.

Berlin, Dietrich Reimer (Ernst Vohsen) A.-G., 1920 VIII, 136 pp. + 8 plates with photographs + 1 folding map loosely inserted at the rear. Illustrated. Later, orange coloured cloth with original printed wrapper mounted on the front board. Front board just slightly warped at the edge, interior with some underlinings in pencil, title-leaf slightly soiled. The folding map with owner's stamp and ex-library stamp as well as a couple of minor tears at the edges. Recto of title-leaf with the owner's stamp of German geographer Carl Troll, verso of title-leaf with ex-library stamp. Title-leaf with an inscription to Troll from the author: "Herrn Troll freundl. überreicht vom Verfasser."

Paris, Paul Geuthner 1924 31x20 cm. (8) pp. + 38 plates. Text and plates loose, as issued, in publisher's cloth-backed, string-tied case. A very good copy. Textes cunéiformes 7.

Publisher's blue cloth with gilt lettering. Spine somewhat soiled and faded, spine ends bumped, boards just slightly rubbed, edges slightly foxed. Paste-down endpaper with the book-plate of Swedish botanist and zoologist Hugo Granvik, first free endpaper with gift inscription to Granvik, interior with some slight occasional foxing as well as a couple of neat margin notes in pencil. Condition Very Good to VG+.

Richly illustrated in the text. Publisher's deep blue, richly decorated cloth. Minor wear to extremeties but overall a very good and bright copy, no fading, no foxing. First volume has two small colour illustrations mounted on title-page and front free end-paper. First volume inscribed on front free end-paper, dated 1878.

Främre pärm knäckt, en del skador, slitage. Försättsblad med äldre anteckningar, genomgående fuktskada och nagg nedtill i marginalen, en del fläckar, mer mot slutet.

Volume 1 with 2 cm crack in front hinge at head of spine, spine ends and corners slightly bumped, else a fine set. Complete set of Heeren's work which was first published in Göttingen 1793-1796. The work contains the following parts: 1:1. Asiatische Völker. Einleitung. Perser. 1:2. Phönicier, Babylonier, Scythen, Inder. 2:1. Afrikanische Völker. Carthager, Äthiopier. 2:2. Ägypter. 3:1. Europäische Völker. Griechen. Complete set of Heeren's work bound in five volumes.

Jacket slightly soiled and rubbed, with some minor tears Petersens breakthrough documentation of transvestites, prostitutes, drunks and drug addicts at the bar Café Lehmitz in Hamburg, 1967-1970.

Samtida pergamentband, ca. 10 blad i början med lagning i hörnet, någon med liten textförtlust, annars en del marginalrevor, några blad med fuktrand (mest marginellt), ett blad med litet brännhål och viss textförlust, två ark (Llll & Mmmm) inhängda fel. Huvudsakligen dock ett bra ex. En del av Gothus storverk "Ethicae christianae" som sammanlagt utkom i sju delar mellan åren 1617 och 1630. Denna del behandlar statsläran. Varken Collijn eller Libris nämner pagineringsmissen på s. 639!

Librairie Gallimard 1935 316, (1) pp. Contemporary half calf, no title on spine, top edge gilt, covers bound in. In very good condition, binding though a bit amateurish. No. 22 of 58 copies printed on "Impérial du Japon". Presentation copy with dedication from the author, signed Paul Valéry.
