Med en text av Johan Ludvig Hård (s. 737-40, 753-55): ''Ueber die misgeglükte revolution in Schweden im Jahr 1756, vom Graf von Hordt selbst geschrieben, und von seiner Teilnahmer daran'', om sin medverkan i drottning Lovisa Ulrikas misslyckade statskupp 1756, som han var med att planlägga. Efter avslöjandet tvingades han på flykten och kom att ta tjänst i Preussen hos Fredrik den store.

Elegant, contemporary half-calf with yellow tinted edges, marbled boards and lavishly gilt spines. Corners somewhat bumped and rubbed, title-leaves with discretely crossed out signatures, two of them with a couple of professionally restored chips. Interiors with a couple of tiny chips at corners and edges, part one with some soiling and dampstaining to pages 29-36.
