Stockholm,L.J. Hjertas förlag 1853 Lithographed title, (4), 187 s. Några illustrationer i texten. Förlagets tryckta pappband. Ryggen saknas, pärmarna lite nötta, främre pärm lite loss, första tre bladen med marginell reva, några fläckar i texten. Tidig bok på svenska om mormonerna.

Berlin, Dietrich Reimer (Ernst Vohsen) A.-G., 1920 VIII, 136 pp. + 8 plates with photographs + 1 folding map loosely inserted at the rear. Illustrated. Later, orange coloured cloth with original printed wrapper mounted on the front board. Front board just slightly warped at the edge, interior with some underlinings in pencil, title-leaf slightly soiled. The folding map with owner's stamp and ex-library stamp as well as a couple of minor tears at the edges. Recto of title-leaf with the owner's stamp of German geographer Carl Troll, verso of title-leaf with ex-library stamp. Title-leaf with an inscription to Troll from the author: "Herrn Troll freundl. überreicht vom Verfasser."

Paris, G. Masson 1886. 12 pp. Sewn as issued. A very good copy, laid in a modern box. The first succesfull vacination against rabies was made in 1885 by Pasteur. (Académie de Médecine. Séance du 2 novembre 1886.)

(44), 192, CLXXXV-CXCII, 193-248; (4), VII, (1), 98, (2) pp. Contemporary, full-leather binding with sprinkled edges, gilt borders, five raised bands and lavishly embossed boards. Boards slightly rubbed, corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Interior with some very occasional foxing, page 11-12 of the second part with tiny tear at upper margin, interior else fine. George Cheyne (1671-1743), renowned English physician of Scottish descent, friend of Isaac Newton and an early advocate of vegetarianism. With Norwegian-Swedish collector Christian Hammer's book-plate on paste-down endpaper.

Librairie Gallimard 1935 316, (1) pp. Contemporary half calf, no title on spine, top edge gilt, covers bound in. In very good condition, binding though a bit amateurish. No. 22 of 58 copies printed on "Impérial du Japon". Presentation copy with dedication from the author, signed Paul Valéry.

Torino, Fratelli Bocca 1890. First edition. 555 pp. + 10 plates (on 7 leaves, some folding). A few illustrations in the text. Publisher's cloth, some rubbing, partly a bit faded, first two leaves with small blind-stamp, but overall a very good copy. (Biblioteca Antropoliga-Giuridica, Serie I:9.)

Uppsala & Stockholm 1888-1910. Uniformt bundna i 14 samtida halvfranska band, röda snitt, nyansen på ryggskyltarna varierar något. Fyra volymer med lite skadade ryggar, flera lite nötta, varje volym med en mindre stämpel, men i stort sett en hyfsad uppsättning. Årsskriften började utkomma med två häften 1886, häfte 3 och 4 utkom 1887 samt häfte 5 och 6 år 1888. Från och med 1889 utkommer årsskriften med en volym per år. Här föreligger häfte 1-3 i ett omtryck från 1890 och häfte 4 i "andra upplagan" från 1900.

Bonniers 1964-1982. Förlagets gröna klotband (7 volymer). Smärre fläckar på ryggarna, namnteckning i enstaka volymer. Ett Appendix utkom även, men saknas här.

Titelblad + 21 planscher; titelblad + 19 planscher (varav 2 kolorerade) Första häftet med gammal ryggremsa, titelbladet lite solkigt och lagerfläckat, Gahn på Kåfallas ägarstämpel på titelsidan, inlagan med enstaka lagerfläckar. Andra häftet med lite slitet samtida blått omslag, med Gahns ägarstämpel, invändigt i fint skick.

Some leaves with marginal waterstain. Presentation copy with dedication from the author, written in Swedish and dated in Tharant, Mai 1860.

Original embossed black cloth, rebacked, part of old spine mounted.
