A presentation of the project for a memorial located in the 'Bayerische Viertel' - a neighbourhood in Berlin-Schöneberg, formerly with a large Jewish population. In June 1993, 80 brightly painted pictorial signs were put up on lampposts, with brief texts on the backs - mostly condensed versions of decrees and regulations passed 1933-1945, robbing the jews of their basic rights and paving the way for deportations and mass murder.
