Isak Gustaf Clason, Gustaf Wickman och Carl Möller. Konstnärsklubbens yttrande avvisar idén att lägga båda byggnaderna på Helgeandsholmen och är skeptiska inför tanken på riksdagshuset där. Yttrandet från Kungliga akademien för de fria konsterna är ett svar på en detaljfråga från riksdagshuskommittén, men uttrycker också ogillande av byggnadsprojektet i sin helhet.
