Ett nyare exlibris (Nils Henrik Moberg) delvis över äldre exlibris med okänd ägare. Planscherna är totalt 18, men de är numrerade till 24 och i fel ordning. Två av dessa har nummer X. Inlagan och många av planscherna har fuktränder i marginalerna. En av de utvikbara planscherna är lagad och har pappersförlust men ingen bildförlust. Kartan är delvis lagade med tejpväv.Pärmarna med hanteringsspår och visst slitage på hörnen.

Edinburgh: Gall & Inglis, 38 North Bridge, 1852. Quarter leather binding with gold decorations over red cloth, 281 gilded pages + 6 whole page illustrations. Edgeworn with tarnished pages. A very early Scottish edition, same year as the first British edition in London.

Ofvandahl gjorde sig känd för sin pekoraldiktning, sina politiska inlägg på vers samt för sina av debattlusta fyllda aktiviteter inom liberala studentföreningen Verdandi, där hans debattinlägg vittnade om ett starkt rättspatos och socialt engagemang.

All volumes with owner's signature on the titelpage. All volumes with ex libris, Carl Gustaf von Liewen. Volume one a bit lose in binding, worn boards and spine, smell worming on the spine, the foot of the spine with a stain and the top of the spine with 0,5 x 5 cm missing. Volume two with worn boards and spine, tiny worming in the hinges, a small stain on the front board, the front board with a 0,7 x 0,5 x 0,02cm hole, and the top of the spine with 0,5 x 5 cm missing. Volume three with worn boards and spine, worming on the back board and hinges, the foot and top of the spine with small cuts. The photo shows one volume in the series.

Contemporary full calf with 7 raised binds, coloured edges and gilted decorations on the spine. 41 X 26,5 cm (folio). Part 3 is missing. Volume 1: Stains on the boards and 9,5 x 6 cm of the leather is missing on the front board. 2,5 X 16 cm of the leather is missing on the back board and there is also a 15 cm tear in the leather. The spine is vey damaged and have 5,5 X 5,5 cm of the leather missing at the top of the spine and after that there is 10 cm that are full of tears. Part of the foot of the spine have also lost the leather. The pages are very loose in the binding and some are completely loose.Volume 2: Stains on the boards. Worn spine and boards. 2 x 5,5 cm missing of the top of the spine. The pages are very loose in the binding and some are completely loose. The paper, text and illustrations themself are in incredibly good condition. First German edition, translated by Heubel, much expanded compared to Swedish original 1740. This book is a study of Charles XII (1682-1718), king of Sweden and an absolute monarch who defended his country during the Great Northern War (1700-1721), in which the king and his country was defeated.
