Landeriet ägdes eller arrenderades av en borgare i staden och kunde användas antingen till sommarvistelse eller som åretruntbostad.

As "there is room for a five-room flat of Triva Bygg furniture on one lorry" the customers are recommended to keep the cartons and dismantle the furniture when moving!
