Contemporary boards, these a little stained and worn with loss from top and bottom of spine. Inscriptions by three generations Kjellin inside front cover. Minor foxing, some tears in plates without loss. A historical description of the 13th-century cathedral of Västerås in the Swedish province Västmanland. Sohlberg's treatise is a valuable documentation published a few decades before the cathedral was subjected to a pervasive restoration involving an attempt to destroy all traces of its post-Gothic history as well as supplying it with new decorations in the Gothic Revival spirit.

A good copy of a rare publication, wrappers very lightly worn with a few faint crease marks. Extensively documented schemes for low-cost housing, prepared by Sven Wallander with collaborators, and presented by the HSB tenants' cooperative association. The schemes were ubmitted to a contest announced by the Stockholm City Real Estate Board - hors concours, as the scheme goes beyond the stipulated framework for entries. The head of the HSB architects' office, Wallander was a protagonist of modern Swedish socially directed housing architecture.
