De første 46 sider er i Niels Mølers egen hånd, derefter veksler det mellem hans egen hånd og tre ukendte (sekretæreres?). Aristoteles' Nicomachaeiske Etik er i 10 bøger, og manuskriptet slutter midt i fjerde bog. I de dele, der ikke er i Niels Møllers egen håndskrift er der adskillige rettelser (foretaget af ham selv?). Munksgaard- udgaven trykt i 1936 følger nøje manuskriptet.
